Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that within 14 days of receiving the product you can request a return.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be in the same condition as you received it — unused and in its original packaging
Unopened (for hygiene reasons, perfumed products that have been opened are not returned)
To be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Exceptions — Non-returnable products

No returns are accepted for:

Products that have been opened or used
Products on offer or sale (unless they are defective)
Personalized or custom products
Gift cards

Defective or damaged products

If the product is received defective, incorrect or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at velorascentscy@gmail.com by:

Photos of the problem
In this case we fully bear the cost of return and replacement.

Return Procedure

You will receive shipping instructions within 1-2 business days
Ship the product to the address provided
Once received and inspected, a refund will be confirmed

Return Cost

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refund

After the return is approved, the refund is issued within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may need additional time to process the return.

Cancellations
