2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend are processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount — check the website for current offers.

5. Delivery to Locker

We offer delivery to automatic lockers for greater flexibility:

Select the locker of your preference when completing the order
You will receive a notification (SMS/email) with a receipt code as soon as the order is ready
Packages stay in the locker for 48–72 hours — then they are returned to the sender
Make sure your contact information is correct

6. Order Tracking

After shipping you will receive an email with a tracking number to check the progress of your order in real time.

7. Delivery Problems

Delay: Please contact us with your order number
Damage in transit: Take a photo of the package and contact us within 48 hours of receipt
Unable to deliver: We will contact you for an alternative solution
Lost parcel: In case of loss by the courier, we undertake reshipment or refund
